  Customer service at the riverlink store is apaulling.
  
  There was 3 customers in the store (myself included) and 3 sales assistants.
  
  One lady was being served at the repairs counter, another lady was looking at rings and I was waiting to have a watch repaired.
  
  Apparently it takes 2 sales assistants for a lady to try a ring on. I was there for 10 minutes on crutches and in a walking boot and not once was I looked at or asked if they could help.
  
  I used to work for this company and I can tell you now the service in this place has gone to the dogs.
  
  I will never return nor will I refer any family or friends to this business again.
