Fabulous reception staff; always helpful and accommodating. Have never not been able to see a Doctor on the day I need to. My GP has just retired, but there are plenty of other Doctors to see. Pleasant surroundings, nurses are wonderful, counsellor is very good, and the Pathology lab is on hand. Well done to the whole team!

Waited for over an hour and half!!!! Went up at the hour Mark and asked what's going on. They said that we will be next...... Another 30 minutes later went up again to be abused by the receptionist saying that she yelled at the top of her voice for us and that she noted that we weren't here. Well We were and We sat just in front of the reception desk. We couldn't even hear ourselves think with how loud it was let alone being able to hear her!!!!! Pathetic place that does not care about there patients. Not happy what's so ever
